We start with the family recipe passed down from Grandma Sophie. It’s made from scratch every day with fresh quality ingredients from her 100 year old Danish recipe. Cooking of the Pancakes
So you’ve prepared yourself with success with delicious ingredients, in the right combination and your batter is ready. Next we consider three things; heat, cooking surface and oil choice. You want the griddle hot enough so that it will spread, if it’s too hot the pancake will set before it’s had a chance to spread into that beautifully shape breakfast treat. Using a flavorless oil will allow the flavor of the pancake to really shine through. All our Gluten Free pancakes are cooked on a separate cooking surface to ensure no cross-contamination.
A great pancake doesn’t need a lot of toppings and syrup. They’re light and fluffy and melt in your mouth.
