Gluten Free Banana Bread: Gluten-Free San Francisco Favorite

Thought you could not eat banana bread? Think again! This gluten free San Francisco Favorite banana bread is delicious and healthy!


Ingredients

  • 3 extra ripe Bananas (mashed)
  • ¼ cup Butter (melted)
  • ¼ cup pure Maple Syrup
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Eggs
  • ¼ cup Coconut Flour
  • 1 cup Millet Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 (F)
  2. Grease up a loaf pan
  3. In a medium-large bowl mix all the wet ingredients well
  4. In a small bowl mix the dry ingredients
  5. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet, mix until most of the lumps are gone
  6. Pour the batter into the loaf pan
  7. Bake for about 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean (the top should be nicely golden)
  8. Allow to cool for a few minutes for easiest slicing
  9. Serve!!
