Dining Gluten Free – BBQ Tips

There is nothing better than a BBQ get together for connecting with friends and family! But it can be a virtual mine field for those with gluten sensitivity or celiac disease.   Gluten can be hiding in things like Barbeque Sauces, Canned Beans, Potato Salad Recipes & of course, the dreaded cross-contamination from toasting buns on the grill.  If you are enjoying a BBQ at someone else’s home, there’s nothing wrong with asking your host about ingredients (in a polite manner) and make sure that you come prepared with some gluten free goodies of your own.
